Chunes of Broome makes every effort to represent it's products as accurately as possible. The products in our store are chosen for quality and economy. We use Australia Post to ensure that our articles arrive safely. Chunes of Broome will take every care to ensure that your order is dispatched promptly and properly, but we cannot take responsibility for delivery once the article is in the hands of Australia Post. Australia Post is a respected and secure service and it is common practice to post online purchases by standard post. However, if the customer would like their article to be delivered by Registered Post, they can make a special request for this service and they must pay the extra expense of this service. PLEASE NOTE: Chunes of Broome does NOT use a tracked service unless specially requested to do so.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipping and we reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event we suspect the payment method to be fraudulent. By purchasing from Chunes of Broome you are entering into a contract and may not rescind payment via Paypal or Credit Card charge-backs in the event of late or damaged delivery. While we make every effort to deliver all items to you quickly we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other couriers we may use. Some products we offer for sale may be pre-order items or items that are not immediately available from our supplier. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by any delay. We make all efforts to ensure that goods are well packaged so they arrive undamaged however replacement of an item lost or damaged in transit will be at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

In the event that you receive a faulty product we will send a replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return. Chunes of Broome ships items in good faith and relies on the honesty and integrity of our various carriers to deliver the goods to you as addressed. As a general rule, Chunes of Broome will not be held responsible for shipments that go missing or items that go missing from shipments. At our sole discretion, depending on the shipping destination and your history with Chunes of Broome, we would however hope to be able to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution to any such situation.

Our online customers are automatically provided with the extra protection of using PayPal. lf your article fails to arrive, or arrives already damaged you must first make an official complaint to Australia Post. If your article does not arrive within 3 weeks (within Australia), or 14 working days please let us know. (The mail from Broome is not rapid in making it's way across Australia. Overseas orders will take even longer).

If, after all these processes have been acknowledged, you are not totally happy with your product, and you can give a persuasive and genuine reason for this, we will refund your payment on receipt of the article. In other words you must post the article back to us in its original container, by Australia Post, to qualify for a refund.
