To exchange an item, please email us at chunes@westnet.com.au with the details of exchange and item you would like to exhange for. The original item purchased will need to be sent back to the store which customer will need to pay for unless item is faulty or at the fault of Chunes of Broome. Any items purchased online can also be exchanged at the store, with original receipt of purchase.

Items will only be refunded if item is damaged or at the fault of Chunes of Broome within 7 days of purchase.

Any items purchased for shipment outside of Australia is GST Free. Product shown on the screen will be approximately 1/11th less than the published price (which includes GST) when shipped outside of Australia.

If an item is lost / damaged during delivery please contact us at chunes@westnet.com.au or 08 9192 6424. If an item is lost or damaged, Chunes of Broome will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible (depending upon product availability) and shipped at the cost of Chunes of Broome..

• If your order is an import it can take between one and four weeks to arrive. (Depending on Availability)
  
  
• If your order has not arrived within 10 days (excluding imports), it has gone out of stock with the supplier and has been placed on back-order until more stock is received.
